2024 Cross Country

-Grades K thru 8 are able to run cross country
-Don’t worry if you are new to running because we will get you properly conditioned before the first meet.
Every effort must be made to attend practice in order to be properly conditioned for the season. 
Practices will start mid July as our first meet will be before school starts. 
-We run in a variety of meets throughout the season that are relatively close to the area with the championship meet being the furthest away at Slippery Rock.

Medical Release Form

All sport participants need to submit a Physical Form at the start of every school year.  For the 2024-2025 school year the physicals must be completed AFTER June 1, 2024.
