Medical Release Form

All sport participants need to submit a Physical Form at the start of every school year.  For the 2021-2022 school year the physicals must be completed AFTER June 1, 2021.

Panther Pep Squad

The pep squad would be limited to students from Kindergarten through 4th grade.

Our hope is to have the pep squad cheer for the different basketball games, and perhaps be at the two 8th grade recognition
basketball games.

2021/2022 Boys Basketball

This is registration for the CDTCA Boys Developmental, Junior Varsity and Varsity Basketball teams. In order to play physical forms must be submitted to the school prior to the 1st practice. Physicals must be completed after June 1, 2021. If your son has played a fall sport and submitted a physical form you DO NOT need to submit another.
